Rasalas Jones was back at Hogwarts, though this time she wasn't a student. She was hoping to get a job as a professor, teaching children Muggle Studies. That was the best job she could think of, she was raised by muggles despite being pureblood. So here she was standing in the courtyard looking up at the castle. It had been what seemed like years since she had even stepped foot inside the castle.
She didn't know how to feel about it, it looked like the same school but it felt... off somehow. She looked around the grounds wondering where the students were. She also wondered if Dumbledore knew she was there, she always thought he knew everything that went on inside that school.
Rasalas stopped looking as she spotted the famous whomping willow. She remembered how terrified of that tree she was while she was a student. She smiled slightly as she remembered the first time she saw it move, it had came close to hitting her. Thus why she was terrified of that tree, she thought it was dangerous but it was there for a reason beyond her thoughts.
She looked back toward the castle as she heard the doors opening.

Albus Dumbledore had received a letter a few days ago from a former student - a Miss Rasalas Jones - inquiring as to any open positions at Hogwarts. This was quite a surprise to the headmaster, yet it was a welcomed letter, because he did have a few teaching assistant positions open, and he felt as though she would be an excellent candidate for the Muggle Studies one in particular. Thus, knowing she was approaching the castle, he settled his work on his desk and prepared to meet her outside the castle.
It was a rather nice day, much to his relief, so he grabbed a coat, quickly put it on and straightened up his appearance, before descending the flight of stairs that led up to and away from his office. He crossed through the castle with ease before hefting open the doors and stepping into the sunlight. It didn’t take him more than a few moments to locate his former student in the Courtyard, and he approached with a smile.
“Hello, Rasalas, and welcome back to Hogwarts! How have you been since your graduation?” he asked sincerely and with a fatherly smile. Rasalas had been adopted, and Dumbledore had taken a strong liking to the girl for her determination and will-power.

"I've been fine, taking care of the farm and not long ago I found out that Sirius Black is my uncle." Rasalas told him in answer to his question, she was actually happy that she had found out who her birth family was, well part of them at least. "I wouldn't have had the courage to send you that owl had it not been for Professor Snape." She still saw the man as her professor and most likely always would.
She looked up at the castle, "It looks the same as before the battle here but it doesn't feel the same." Not even the grounds felt the same, it was as if something was missing to the magic around the school and grounds. "I hear my brother works here." She said suddenly, "potions assistant, I believe." She couldn't wait to work along side her brother, though she would be higher then he was.
She looked up at the man as he was taller then her, "how have you been, sir?" She asked as she thought about how her life would change if she got the job she was after. She hoped she would be able to handle it.
