Well, since we have this lovely board here for owl correspondence, we need to know how it works, right?
When you want to send a letter by owl, you post it here. You can either have a post describing the person writing the letter like a normal RP post or simply post the actual letter.
You should title it To ------ From ------. And please, include the details of the letter! Then their you or a staff member should PM the recipient to inform them that their letter has been sent. Should they wish to reply by owl, they should reply in the thread, not make a new post.
So, for example, let's say Hermione sends Ginny an owl.
The thread will be titled To GINNY WEASLEY//From HERMIONE GRANGER. The post will contain the contents of the letter. Then I'll PM Ginny to let her know that she's been sent a letter. If she responds, she'll do so on that thread, rather than making a new thread.
