It's the new year! Right now it is January 2001, and the school year will soon commence once more. So bundle up and try to avoid the cold as you travel back to Hogwarts or get to work at the Ministry!
P.S. Despite the fact that the setting is 2001, you may describe your character as wearing more current fashion, as I don't expect people to keep their character entirely consistent with the fashions of 2001. Additionally, this is set in England. However, since not every member is likely from England , current popular music will be allowed also, should your character find him or herself humming or singing.
